Nancy co-ordinates the “Evaluating Knowledge-Translation Platforms in Low- and Middle-Income Countries” (KTPE) Study which aims to build an evidence base on how to support evidence-informed health policies by examining the relationships between how KT platforms are organized, the kinds of activities they undertake, and the political and economic context in which they operate. She is an experienced research co-ordinator and a specialist in research communication who has worked with a variety of international and national research-based organizations over the past 20 years to achieve their knowledge translation goals and enhance their scientific mission through a variety of communication strategies. She possesses extensive experience in the conduct and management of qualitative and participatory health research in the Canadian and international context. Nancy has a combined BA (Honours) in English and Anthropology, as well as a MA in social science (Anthropology) from McMaster University.
